Slow Down. Warm Up. Recharge.
Take some time to unwind and enjoy a simple wellness experience surrounded by nature. Whether you’ve been wakeboarding, exploring the park, or you’re simply looking for an hour to relax, our Wellness Area is the perfect place to recharge your body and mind.
Designed around the principles of contrast therapy, you can move between heat, cold, and relaxation at your own pace. Alternate between the warmth of the sauna, the refreshing cold plunge, and the comfort of our spring-water spa to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready for whatever comes next.
There’s no right or wrong way to enjoy the experience—listen to your body, stay
hydrated, and relax at a pace that feels right for you.
What’s Included
Finnish Sauna
Our spacious Finnish sauna comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests (capacity is limited to 8 for everyone’s comfort).
Perfect for relaxing, warming up, and easing tired muscles.
Spring Water Spa
Our spa is filled with fresh spring water—never lake water—and sanitised using
a gentle, natural non-chlorine water treatment system, making it kinder on your skin and eyes than traditional chlorine systems.
Coming soon: We’re exploring the addition of natural minerals, including
magnesium, to create an even more relaxing mineral soak experience.
Cold Plunge
Cool off and refresh with our cold plunge. Many guests enjoy alternating
between the sauna and cold plunge as part of their contrast therapy experience.
Outdoor Shower
We recommend using the outdoor shower between moving from the sauna to the cold
plunge or spa. It’s a great way to cool down and rinse off before entering the
next facility.
