Meals
We prepare all of our meals with mostly organic, locally sourced and seasonal fruits and vegetables. All the meals are plant-based (vegetarian) and easily adaptable to specific diets such as vegan, gluten and dairy-free.

RETREAT TIMETABLE
DAY 1
10.00 - ARRIVAL TOUR AND INTRODUCTION
Introduce yourself, meet others and go on a quick tour of the property!
11.30-12.30 - BREATHE
This class is an introduction to breathing better, it’s something we do from the day we are born to the day we die- yet we seldom pay any attention to it. This class will give you a better understanding of breath, along with tools and techniques to use in your day to improve your state of mind, energy levels, digestion and sleep- just to name a few!
1.00-2.00 - LUNCH
2.00 - 4.00 - FREE TIME
Complimentary use of obstacle course, kayaks and paddle-boards.
Optional for additional cost, massage, wake boarding.
4.00 - 5.00 - YOGA
This will be an easy going, slow paced, foundational yoga class. Ideal for beginners.
6.30 - 7.30 - AQUA YOGA
This is a yoga class on the pontoons, due to the size of the pontoons it is not extra challenging but rather provides the space and opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the lake and really immerse in the environment you’re in.
7.45 - DINNER
8.30 - YOGA NIDRA
Yoga nidra is a powerful guided meditation technique that promotes deep rest and relaxation. Often referred to as ‘yogic sleep’ yoga nidra is a systematic meditation that takes you through physical, mental, and emotional relaxation (pancha maya koshas – five layers of self) using conscious awareness (body scan), breath awareness and imagery to calm the nervous system and create a deeply restorative experience.
DAY 2
8.00 - 9.00 - AQUA YOGA
This is a yoga class on the pontoons, due to the size of the pontoons it is not extra challenging but rather provides the space and opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the lake and really immerse in the environment you’re in. BONUS Expect a partner yoga challenge today!
9.00 - 11.00 - FREE TIME
Complimentary use of obstacle course, kayaks and paddle-boards. Optional for additional cost, massage, wake boarding.
11.15 - 1.00 - INVERT WORKSHOP
We believe everyone in an asymptomatic, healthy body can start to unlock ‘advanced skills’ with the right coach and instructions! For this workshop we will be breaking down some inverted classics such as crow and variations, headstand and handstand.
1230 - 1.30 LUNCH
3.00 - 4.00 REST AND RESTORE YOGA
The yin to the workshop yang. Come to this class to promote a sense of calm and wellbeing, dissipating any residual stresses in the body from a big two days of moving!
