INFLATABLE WATER PARK
Do you have EFTPOS available?
Yes, we accept EFTPOS at the park.
Can I bring my pets?
No, pets are not allowed as this is a Kiwi conservation zone.
Is food or drink available for purchase?
Yes, we have basic snacks, drinks, and coffee available at our onsite café.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 30 or more on the large water park. Group bookings must be paid as a single payment. We welcome private groups, schools, clubs, and more!
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, gift vouchers are available online or at the park’s payment counter during operating hours.
Does glamping include access to the water park?
Glamping does not include water park access, but it can be added for an additional fee. However, glamping guests can use the paddle-boards and kayaks before 11 am and after 5 pm.
Do you have family passes available?
Yes, we offer two family pass options for $190 each:
- Option 1: 2 Adults (18+) + 2 Children (6-17)
- Option 2: 1 Adult (18+) + 3 Children (6-17)
What are the Water Park's hours?
The Water Park is open from 11 am to 5 pm on weekends and public holidays.
Are lifejackets provided?
Yes, we provide lifejackets for all guests. You’re also welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
WAR ZONE
What is the War Zone?
The War Zone is an action-packed adventure area where you can experience thrilling activities like Airsoft, obstacle courses, and other team-building games. It's designed for anyone looking for an exciting challenge!
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we recommend booking in advance, especially for larger groups or private sessions. Walk-ins are welcome, but booking ensures you get the time slot you want.
Is there an age limit for the War Zone?
The War Zone is suitable for anyone over 10 years old. For Airsoft, players must be at least 12 years old. All participants must be able to follow safety instructions during activities.
What safety gear is provided?
We provide all necessary safety gear, including protective masks and vests. For Airsoft, we also provide safety goggles. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes.
Can I use my own equipment?
You are welcome to bring your own Airsoft gear, but we do provide all the necessary equipment for both Airsoft and obstacle courses at the War Zone.
How long does a session in the War Zone last?
Our standard War Zone sessions last 1.5 hours or 3hrs, but longer bookings can be arranged. Be sure to check the specific activity details when booking.
WAKE PARK
Do I need to book in advance for the Wake Park?
During our open hours, walk-ins are welcome! However, please note that it's on a first-come, first-served basis, so we highly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot and avoid disappointment.
Do I need to book in advance if I want to ride outside of open days or hours?
Yes, if you’d like to ride outside of our regular open days and hours, you must book in advance. Please contact us to arrange your session!
Is gear provided at the Wake Park?
Yes, all gear is provided for you! However, if you have your own board and prefer to use it, feel free to bring it along.
How hard is wakeboarding?
It’s not as hard as it looks! Our experienced coaches have a 99% strike rate of getting riders up and going with the basics in their first lesson. With the right instruction and a few tips and tricks, you’ll be cruising in no time!
Do you offer concession cards?
Yes, we offer both 10-lesson and 20-lesson concession cards, which can be purchased online for great savings! Perfect for those who plan to ride regularly.
ACCOMODATION
What are the check-in and check-out times for glamping and cabin stays?
Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 10:30 am.
How many people can sleep in a glamping tent?
Our glamping tents can sleep up to 5 people. Each tent includes two double beds and one additional mattress for extra sleeping space.
Is bedding provided for all sleeping areas in the tents?
Bedding is provided for the double beds, but not for the extra mattress, so please bring additional bedding if needed.
What is the sleeping arrangement in the Lake Side Cabin?
The Lake Side Cabin includes two separate rooms, each with a double bed, ideal for small groups or families.
What if I arrive after 5 pm?
If you expect to arrive after 5 pm, please call us at 021 231 0890 to let us know, so we can make the necessary arrangements for your arrival.
Can I add an extra mattress to the Lake Side Cabin?
No, the cabin does not have an option for an additional mattress, ensuring a cozy setup with double beds in each room.
Does glamping include access to the Inflatable Obstacle Course?
No, glamping does not include access to the Inflatable Obstacle Course. However, you can add it to your booking for an additional fee if you'd like to enjoy the obstacle course.
What activities are included with the glamping package?
With a glamping package, you’ll have access to paddle-boards and kayaks. These activities are available to glamping guests outside of regular park hours—before 11 am and after 5 pm.
Are there any restrictions on when glamping guests can use the activities?
